The real question once they know is whether they think she’s still controlled by someone. And how they plan to handle it. She’s smart though so possibly she came up with a very convincing story.

Yes, Department 7 is aware of her revised status as an Ombra. They aren’t happy about it, but the advantage is that she doesn’t have to hunt.

Virgin’s blood, insects, and organs deemed unsuitable for transplant (to name a few) are all available in the D7 cafeteria to help cater to the varying dietary requirements of Ombra agents.

And if you see this Mr. B… I’m sure there’s a sponge in that room somewhere.
